Worked as a prosecutor at the Smyth County Commonwealth Attorney's Office
since July 2005.

Graduated Cum Laude from the University of Virginia'a College at Wise in 2001
with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Communication.
Graduated from the Appalachian School of Law in 2004.

Admitted to the Virginia Bar in October 2004. Member of the Smyth County
Bar Assocation, Secretary (Jan. 2005-Jan. 2008), Vice-President (Jan. 2008-Present).

Mindy was born and raised in Dickenson County in Clintwood, Virginia and attended
Clintwood High School, graduating in 1997. She is married to Hatler Mullins, Jr. and currently resides in Glade Spring. Her hobbies include volunteering at Highlands Fellowship, spending time with her family, sewing, and crafting.
